    ANSWERS TO ALMOST EVERYTHING

    • Can't activate eSIM by scanning QR code. I use an Apple device. How can I activate the eSIM?

      First, make sure that the device is connected to a mobile or wifi network.

      Everything is fine - you can activate eSIM in 2 ways - by scanning the QR code or manually. See below step by step what and how to activate eSIM manually.


      • Open Settings on the phone and then press Mobile Data > Add eSIM card (Add eSIM).


      • Next, press "Use QR Code" - yes, even when manually activating the eSIM, you must follow this path.

       

      • At the bottom of the screen you will see the option to enter the data manually (Enter Details Manually). Press it.

       

      • Next, you will need to enter the data you received in your e-mail:

        SM-DP+Address (e.g. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)

        Activation Code (e.g. U4PL4ERGTASE1TY)

        Just copy what you received in the email and enter it in these fields. Confirmation Code can be left blank. When you have entered everything, press Continue (Next).



      • In the next step, you will see that the eSIM card is ready for activation. Press Continue (Continue).

       

      • That's it! You have successfully activated your eSIM! Press Done.

       

    • Can't activate eSIM by scanning QR code. I'm using an Android device. How can I activate the eSIM?

      • Next, press "Scan QR code from service provider" - yes, you must follow this path even when manually activating the eSIM.

       

      • At the bottom of the screen you will see the option to enter the data manually (Enter Activation Code). Press it.

       

      • Next, you will need to enter the activation code you received in your e-mail:

        For example: LPA:1$tl2.prod.ondemandconnectivity.com$238Z6PK3V1G236X1


        Just copy what you received in the email and enter it in the Activation Code field. When you have entered everything, press Next.

       


       

      • In the next step, you will see that the eSIM card is ready for activation and you can add it. Click Add.

       

      That's it! You have successfully activated your Tele2 eSIM!
